Based in the beautiful North Gold Coast region, you will be joining an esteemed OT team, known for their expertise in providing top-notch services to a diverse range of clients. With a diverse adult caseload, you will work within the community as you aim to regain client independence and guide their return to meaningful occupations. Work is provided closest to home to reduce travel and provide you with more time to assist clients. You will be invited to join their in-clinic team for a collaborative and connected working experience.
The Role:
- Undertake assessments and provide interventions, collaborating with families and other stakeholders.
- The interventions will be carried out in client homes and clinic. They will have a focus on evidence-based practice.
- Participate in collaborative team meetings – share your expertise
- High level reporting
- Providing treatment, guidance and education to individuals and their careers.
Requirements:
- Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy (with AHPRA registration).
- Clinical OT experience, ideally working with adults with a disability.
- Good written and verbal communication with the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Team and leadership skills
- Current driver’s license and car
- Ability to work independently.
