This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Speech Pathologist seeking a clinic-based position with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team eager to assist you in learning and growing as a clinician. This employer is highly staff focused and offers an outstanding Graduate induction program with ongoing support and supervision from a lovely Clinical Lead.

This dynamic, well-established and close-knit team is eager to welcome a Graduate to join them in their newly renovate Central Gold Coast clinic.

 

As part of your role, you will:

  • Undertake assessments and provide intervention, liaising with families & other relevant stakeholders
  • Conduct a variety of speech and language assessments and planning for evidence-based interventions
  • Coupled with assisting the individual needs of each client, families will receive regular training and tools to achieve therapy goals
  • Develop and lead group programs for parents and support staff if, and when required.
  • Complete high-level reports.
  • Work with your team & stakeholders to deliver best possible outcomes for your clients.

 

The requirements for this role are:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology (hold a Speech Pathology Australia Membership)
  • Good written and verbal communication with a genuine passion to make a lasting difference in the lives of your clients
  • A love of working with others and values contributing to a team
  • Current driver’s license and car, working with Children Check, National Police Check, Children’s First Aid training (or willingness to obtain these).
