The Role:

• Undertake assessments and provide intervention, liaising with families, carers & other relevant stakeholders.
• Interventions will be carried out via Telehealth and in the Community and have a focus of evidence-based practice
• Interventions will have a focus on evidence-based practice
• Tailored caseloads
• Participate in professional development and tailored support provision
• Foster connections and provide encouragement within the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

• Tertiary Qualification Speech Pathology (with SPA membership).
• A passion for facilitating and enabling meaningful outcomes for people with a disability and their families
• Experience as a Speech Pathologist within the NDIS is preferred however not essential
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and families to ensure that therapy is fun and engaging.
• Current driver’s license and car
• Working with Children Check, National Police Check, First Aid training (or willingness to obtain these).
