This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, team-centred Rehabilitation Counsellor to join a fun, supportive, and professional team. As part of their well-established Sydney team, you will participate in assisting clients from various schemes such as CTP, Comcare, Workers Compensation and more! There will be a focus on Vocationally Assessing clients and collaboration with the wider team to ensure the best results are obtained for all stakeholders. You will be joining a social, welcoming team who is eager to both learn from your experience and add to it.
The role will involve:
- A range of industry-specific assessments and services
- Case management – building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Completion of high-level written reporting
- Opportunity to expand and broaden your caseload to other areas including: EAP, workplace training.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counsellor (with relevant registration & membership- AHPRA, ASORC etc.)
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is desired however not essential
- The ability to work effectively in a friendly team
- Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Good relationship-building ability.
