Based in their stylish new Robina clinic, you will be joining an esteemed OT team, known for their expertise in providing top-notch services to a diverse range of clients. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be empowered to step into a leadership role, guided by unwavering support and mentorship from their OT Director. With a diverse adult caseload, you will work both within the community and clinic as you aim to regain client independence and guide their return to meaningful occupations. This opportunity will suit a motivated OT who is eager to elevate their career and join a close-knit team where collaboration is key.

 

The Role:

  • Undertake assessments and provide interventions, collaborating with families and other stakeholders.
  • The interventions will be carried out in client homes and clinic. They will have a focus on evidence-based practice.
  • Provide support to your OT-team and participate in Team meetings
  • High level reporting
  • Providing treatment, guidance and education to individuals and their careers.

 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy (with AHPRA registration).
  • Clinical OT experience, ideally working with adults with a disability.
  • Good written and verbal communication with the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
  • Team and leadership skills
  • Current driver’s license and car
  • Ability to work independently.
