This industry leading employer is seeking an Operations Administrator to direct and supervise their operational processes. Assist in ensuring excellence in every aspect of their service delivery from their South West Sydney office. This is a wonderful opportunity to utilise your business, management, and strategic skillset through aiding the service delivery to our valued veterans.

 

The role will involve:

  • Supporting the operations of this Occupational Rehabilitation provider in continuing the supply of excellent services
  • Management of VINCI Case Manager software to ensure operational efficiency
  • Collaboration with Team Leaders and other management staff to improve organisational processes
  • Implement best practises and provide innovation to aid this company in servicing valued clients and adhere to industry regulations
  • Perform Quality Assurance Activities on a weekly basis
  • Regularly audit compliance with company policies and regulations and implement necessary changes for improvement.
  • Monthly Debtor’s Report: Ensure accurate and timely preparation
  • Assist in answering queries from team members and all stakeholders

 

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Professional background in Operations Management, Administration Management, Business Management or other relevant strategic experience.
  • Experience using Case Management Software
  • Previous experience working within an occupational rehabilitation provider with knowledge of industry processes and regulations would be ideal but not essential
  • Strong ability to communicate both positively and professionally
  • Ability to influence and contribute to a great team culture.
