Their collaborative and relationship-focused team is growing and they are looking to recruit a friendly and motivated Occupational Therapist Team Leader for their paediatric team in Perth! Working at the clinic, the role will see you providing clinical guidance to the growing OT staff. You will also carry a clinical caseload, however, this has the opportunity to be primarily just assessment & intervention, with remote therapists completing reports and relevant administrative tasks.


The role:

  • Provide clinical guidance to a growing OT staff – clinical support and development of the team
  • Complex clinical caseload
  • Quality assurance, ensuring high levels of service across all areas of practice
  • One off specialist projects as required
  • Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based OT interventions to a great mix of clients
  • Therapy and interventions will be carried out in the clinic and community
  • Where needed, you will liaise and provide education to families, carers & other stakeholders.


The candidate:

You will be joining a flourishing company committed to providing you with a rewarding role in their team, and you will come to the role with the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy (with AHPRA registration)
  • Experience in a similar role, working with paediatric clients in particular.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and families to ensure that therapy is fun and engaging.
  • Eager to learn and contribute to the fun team environment & supportive culture
  • Current driver’s license and car
