This well-established, Allied Health provider is excited to welcome a Graduate Rehabilitation Consultant to join their New Employment team. With a focus on quality service provision, you will assist valued clients in re-skilling and finding new employment avenues. Your role will see you:

  • Return to work case management for injured parties
  • Management of psychological claims
  • A range of assessments including Vocational Assessments
  • Develop individual rehabilitation plans
  • Liaison with all treating parties
  • High level reporting
  • functional performance of clients to the highest possible level.

 

You will come to the role with the following skills:

  • You will be a tertiary qualified in Psychology (full registration or provisional) or Rehabilitation Counselling (Membership with RCAA or ASORC)
  • Excellent communication skills and good problem-solving ability.
  • The ability to engage and establish rapport with people from all walks of life.  
  • Good written and administration skills
  • Ability to work well with others and autonomously.
  • Driver’s license and car
